FULL-TIME: Mon. – Fri., and on-call support. Job duties: Solve computer hardware problems. Install and maintain computer equipment. Perform basic repairs by replacing components. Develop and maintain standards, strategies and procedures. Work with vendors for assistance and warranty repairs. Install and maintain Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Troubleshoot and solve problems with software applications. Partner with customers in supporting and troubleshooting the software and hardware they use. Work with software vendors for assistance and training. Document equipment, systems, problem resolutions and repair work. Assist in producing on-line training material. Create and maintain user accounts and permissions on various systems following written procedures; (i.e. Windows, Email, Meditech, etc.) Document accounts and access levels. Assist in maintaining user configurations (Desktops, login scripts, profiles, etc.). Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited technical or community college with training in computer hardware and software, or an equivalent amount of training. 3-5 years experience configuring and supporting workstations in an Active Directory environment; 2-3 years experience working helpdesk support; 2-3 years experience supporting MS Office products.
