Good Shepherd’s Laboratory received a formal thank you letter from the 
National Respiratory and Enteric Virus Surveillance System (NREVSS) for the 
2020-2021 season. The letter referenced appreciation for our team’s support 
that has helped our Centers for Disease Control& Prevention continue to 
improve our understanding of viral disease trends in the United States.

GSHCS was, “Carded,” with a thank you card-
my-yard from an ICU patient who wrote, “We 
are so very grateful and thankful for each of 
you nurses, doctors, ER staff…everyone that 
serves our community so well. Thank you for 
your dedication, long hauls, and selflessness 
during this long season of COVID!”

Our Good Shepherd family nominated over 70 employees to receive one our organization’s four Annual Employee Awards given for 
those that exemplify our ICARE standards, mission statement, and team expectations.
