Auxiliary Scholarship Application

Good Shepherd Health Care System Auxiliary Scholarship Application Qualifications:

Completion of at least one successful year of study in the field of healthcare/medicine at a College or University
Home residence must be within the area served by Good Shepherd Health Care System. The area consists of: Umatilla and Morrow Counties.
College transcripts must accompany the completed application
Include a short description of yourself and why you feel you should be considered for this Scholarship.
Include a photo for publicity if chosen as a recipient.
Include a letter of recommendation from an instructor/work supervisor (relatives are not acceptable).
Eight (8) scholarships of $3,000 each will be awarded contingent upon acceptance into a medical program.
Applications must be received by the last Friday in April each year.
