Q: Who is eligible to apply for the Nurse Residency Program?
A: Our program is designed for recent nursing graduates with a BSN or ADN who have passed the NCLEX or are scheduled to take it before the residency start date.

Q: Is this a full-time paid position?
A: Yes. Nurse residents are hired into full-time RN roles with full salary, benefits, and shift differentials where applicable.

Q: How long is the program?
A: The Nurse Residency Program runs for 12 months and includes clinical preceptorship, skills trainings, high fidelity simulations, and professional development seminars. It also includes a mentorship program the last 9 months of the program as you transition to independent practice.

Q: Can I request a specific unit or specialty?
A: We encourage applicants to list their preferred departments. Placement depends on availability, interview feedback, and best-fit alignment with your goals.

Q: When does the program start?
A: We offer one cohort per year that begins in the fall. Start dates are posted on our application page.
