Want to Volunteer with Good Shepherd Health Care System?
Do you have a desire to serve your community? Good Shepherd Health Care System may be the place for you.
Here at Good Shepherd, we strive to provide compassionate, high quality, accessible healthcare and to promote a healthy community. That is why we value having community volunteers in various aspects throughout the health care system. Our volunteers gain experience in customer service, office work, outreach, transportation, hospice, community impact and more. To ensure our volunteers are well prepared, we provide hospital and department specific orientation and training upon onboarding, as well as continuing education every quarter. We recognize that Volunteers are vital in helping Good Shepherd reach our mission; They will do this by having a friendly and welcoming demeanor, treating all with respect and compassion, helping patients to their destination, and having the upmost integrity with all they do for Good Shepherd.
Good Shepherd encourages the participation of volunteers who support our mission, vision and values. If you agree with our mission and are willing to be interviewed and trained in our procedures, we encourage you to complete an application.
