Psychiatrist

``It is a privilege to meet and work with patients and their families wherever they are on their own personal journey with their mental health.``

EXPERIENCE

As a dual-board certified physician in both Adult and Child Psychiatry, Dr. Christopher David cares for patients across all ages and all developmental stages of life. He has trained over the last 15 years and worked within premier academic psychiatric health centers including the National Institutes of Mental Health since 2010. He has extensive community experience in both inpatient psychiatric care hospital settings treating patients with severe mental illness, as well as longitudinal outpatient care coordinating the integration of complex family systems and schools into pediatric psychiatric care.

To reduce both stigma and long-term challenges that can often result from undertreated psychiatric conditions over the long arc of time, Dr. David is pleased to offer a longitudinal care model for mental health care. This approach affords patients the access to meet with Psychiatry on a continuous basis, combining both specific, tailor-made psychotherapy modalities alongside the latest evidence-based medication management for a highly comprehensive and holistic approach to the whole person and their family structure.
