Devin Goldman, MSHM, CPHQ, CPXP, CRHCP, is an experienced leader in healthcare quality management and patient safety. Devin has held manager-level roles for 14 years, nine of which were in a healthcare setting.
Devin grew up in North Texas and later moved to the Pacific Northwest where she has resided for the past 20 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Washington State University and her Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Oregon Health and Science University. Devin holds a Certificate in Healthcare Data Analytics from University of Washington and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Certified Patient Experience Professional and a Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional.
Her love for data analytics and process improvement is why she chose a career in quality management. She enjoys the challenge of putting puzzle pieces of information together to create actionable data that can help guide improvement and change within an organization. With healthcare quality, Devin can identify trends and increase value to improve patient outcomes and ensure the health care system is providing safe and effective care for the community.
Her accomplishments at Good Shepherd Health Care System include building the infrastructure of the quality management system to support all service lines and departments, as well as helping to coordinate the organization’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Devin aims to continue creating a cohesive quality program that will be effective in guiding Good Shepherd’s leaders to improve the quality of care delivered, and in achieving the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
In her spare time, Devin enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and animals. Her hobbies include riding horses, shopping and reading.
